Motivation is very important in helping a person to achieve their key goals in their life*

If a person sees that something makes sense in terms of beliefs and values they are more likely to achieve their goals and aims*.

There needs to be a level of congruence between inner and external thoughts and experience as if these two aspects are not in alignment this will affect how a person thinks and behaves and consequently affect how a person behaves in their life and therefore the level of motivation .

Sometimes it can also be helpful to observe other people who seem to be highly motivated and understand what it is that these people are doing that makes an important difference to their life (modelling)*.

It is also important to acknowledge things and tasks that a person has achieved before rushing on to the next thing so that a person can be more successful in his/her life*.
