Stress can be a  most debilitating complaint. It can come in a number of different forms both physically and psychologically affecting a person. The affect can be wide ranging from such issues as sleep interruption   physical aches and pains to memory loss and confusion .Fight or flight reaction .

Some stress is useful but it is a matter of degree – and too much stress can be dangerous both physically and psychologically often resulting in a feeling of being out of control and feeling in a unresourceful state.

There are a number of things that can contribute to a person feeling more in control and more able to manage stress more easily including  learning to relax and not taking on more than a person can manage to do work wise*.

One of the most important things is to learn how the triggers for the stress can affect you in your life and how to manage them more effectively*.

Learning Self Hypnosis and breathing techniques* as well as building in a sufficient amount of leisure time into your life  walking and some exercise can be helpful.
